We acquired our cheery, bright, immaculate 5 x 10 storage unit yesterday thru Sandra Graninger, who complemented this beautiful newer building. Our unit has about a 10 ft roll up door which makes looking thru and finding our treasures to be so much easier than having just a small door where we had to take everything out to look for our stuff. My uncle needed to move so we got him a unit in Small Town Storage in Riverbank. It turned out he didn’t need to move yet so he canceled but forgot to get the lock. Brenda in the office kindly only charged him on a prorated basis rather than for a whole month! They were so kind and considerate, seeing he was an elderly man! We will be renting from them again!

I am happy and satisfy with the service Mary Hargrove provided me with. This is my first time getting a storage unit and Mary made the process so easy. She explained everything and provided me with great customer service. I definitely recommend this place.

The new lady that works their is like really awesome!! She above and beyond to help and meet my satisfaction. This one lady that needs to stay there in the office . And this place is clean . Well light , safe storage place . I would never take my money or belongings anywhere else

This place was recently bought by US Storage and Jeff is the new manager for the property. I don't know what happened with the older brands, but all I know is that Jeff is a fantastic manager. He lives on-site and monitors the property 24/7 every day of the year. I had nowhere to keep my car for 6 months so I contacted them since they are near the airport, and Jeff gave me a discount for the first few months. if you want to have stuff stollen then this is the place. we got a unit and it was broke into lock cut anything of value stollen and the mngmnt did not contact or anything. they said ooh we saw no lock a week after we moved in and just thought we did not lock it up. bull crap they should of called and said hey you dont got a lock on your door to see what happened. the cameras dont work inside and they only care about the outer ring of units.if you have stuff inside building your stuff is unsafe. people can do what they want ... read more

Although the website states climate controlled, it is not and I lost multiple I replaceable items due to mold. And when discussing with the front desk and manager, they were very rude and denied ever claiming to have climate control. Since then they have removed that statement off their website which is great because it was very misleading and one very important factor for me, why I choose them.
