The new manager they have here is absolutely horrible. She has a nasty attitude and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. She’s never in the office when we stop by to get information about our unit and seems to know nothing about the way the building works. I use to love renting from this company but you should really hire people who are good with customer service as India is a miserable person and needs to work on her communication skills. Absolutely horrible manager with poor management skills
