The worst. They have raised rates unreasonably, had our nonprofit on a "donation" list for over 15 years waiting for a discounted unit, their online payments do not work, you cannot call to pay because the "line is insecure" and I cannot update the address because their system is broken and now they have sent us to collections. 3 times I have gone to the office to sort things out and there's no one there. This storage place is the best,nice andclean and the staff are great
Absolutely a disgrace and disaster. Tried getting a storage unit here and they are to busy living here and not wanting to actually work to help people with getting a storage unit. They are the typical bait and switch and are absolute trash never get a storage unit from here unless you would like to be harassed. Run from this facility you will thank me later.
Facility is unclean and staff is never around during office hours.
