Fanci helped a friend and I get a storage unit. She was super helpful and friendly. She was able to get us a unit with a low rate, answered all our questions and had really great customer service!
Terrible from start. Staff was inconsiderate, unfriendly, combative, dishonest. I asked to change reservation locations as i chose the wrong one ( three on the same 1 mi stretch). The front desk gal went in office but door locked behind her. I didnt know what happened so i went online to make another reservation. 10 minutes later the front desk gal came outside and told me She changed my reservation without me present from #389 to #386 and there was an increase in the fee. Had a bad experience from start to now...paid for unit online, came to move in. Realjzed unot was at a different location. Asked if i could move my unit to that location. Front desk gal walked off in side and i couldnt go in, door was locked. Waited outside, she came back out, said she changed the unit and there would be an increase in fee.
