The staff at CubeSmart in Tempe are some of the best customer service people , from first impression until completed rental space. I’m so impressed because we see so much of “I don’t care attitude. “ CubeSmart employees and support staff follow up every time , when it counts. Thank you . David
Hot and cold on this one. Moved from another brand to CubeSmart for pricing increase reasons. Having to enter a code at 3 different positions to get in and out instead of just once wasn’t known until after signing. It does provide extra security as the office is 2 lots over from the gated storage units. We passed 2 larger CubeSmarts on the way home that did not appear on original Google Maps search for nearby locations.
