Cesar Castro is a FANTASTIC customer service representative!!!
We were told when we rented this place at the end of January that that month would be prorated which would allow us to get three whole months at the reduced rate…. On the third month, we were charged full price… We talked to somebody who was supposed to look into it and adjust it for us so that we got our full three months…. that too, turned out to be a lie… we were never reimbursed half of the money back nor was it applied to the month of May…however thinking it was partially paid for, and I don’t get paid till mid month… w... read more

I love this storage company. I dropped my phone in my unit and didn't know it until I tried to leave. I was lucky because an off duty manager just happened to stop by and she let me unto my unit and helped me find my phone. Very greatful! Clean and safe place to store your items.
