Kevin helped me and was very kind and informative ! Made sure all of my questions were answered and showed me to my unit. I’ve rented from a few storage units in the past but this was definitely the most pleasant experience I’ve had.
David was fantastic in helping us out with our rent issue. Customer service is great! They have cameras that can see every inch of the property in high def. They're able to zoom in on license plates and get a clear view of every digit on the plate. 6 months worth of data backed up on the cloud. Definitely feel safe coming here and with my stuff being stored here. Both Randy and David have been amazing. I am so glad I decided to go with Trojan.
