They believe if a bike 0 miles on it, they dont prepare the bike properly or do fully check and adjustment. The guy with an injured hand at the desk his like I prepped the bike. And bike ready. Brand new bike has problems( Needed clutch adjustment, the throttle have a big time free play, RPM tachometer shakes feels like the bike is sick, at 4,000 RPM bike chokes loses power) something is wrong at this place. Owner and staff are top notch, had the bike i wanted. They did everything in their power to make my experience enjoyable and pain free. Really appreciate the low pressure knowledgeable staff
