Friendly staff, but the communication and paperwork need serious improvement. Financing took about a week longer than expected. I was told it was the loan company, but the bank said they were waiting on paperwork from Trojan. I even had to go to the title bureau, only to find an error on the title that I’m still waiting to have fixed. At this point, I’m honestly scared to find out how their warranty process will go—god forbid I need it. If you’re paying cash and taking it home that day, maybe give them a shot. Hey everyone. I had to delete my last review. I'm changing from 5 star to 1. I purchased a 2026 gsx s1000 Rob gave me good trade value for my bike Tod my salesman is excellent. However a few hundred miles in I started to have some intermittent power loss and my coolant temp would fluctuate 30 degrees at a time and never really settle. Now they were great about coming to get the bike and looked it over well and said it's fine. I said ok while it was there I had them Change the oil.
