Abhorrent service from the top down. It's been nearly three months and the issue remains unresolved. Brought them in for a leaky faucet. The over-worked kid they sent in complained about it being Fathers Day and He wanted to be spending time with his son. Very anxious and aggressive. Had to purchase a **** handle, couldn't find it, put it on order. Months later we're calling to find out what's going on with the handle and we're dripping again. Repeated unreturned calls.
