I've never had any trouble getting questions answered about my medical supplies; they are very diligent about reminding me when it's time to get new ones.
Trojan does not allow exchange of CPAP masks if you pay cash. Resmed masks are returnable up to 30 days according to the company. Trojan requires a prescription from your doctor AND a copy of the sleep study even if you pay cash. This is completely unnecessary. Other CPAP mask providers do not require this. They are also expensive. Call around.
