I moved in this apartment complex in early 2017. They have awesome management they have awesome handyman to the maintenance man I feel this is a great place to live for anyone
We recently moved due to needing more space But Ms. Eboni was absolutely amazing! She is very understanding and easy to communicate with. Going to really miss her!!
Roaches and spiders in my apartment. Black mold, they said they would treat it and they just wiped it and tried to paint over it. No electricity in my daughters room and my refrigerator was always broken! The staff is extremely rude, I had someone tell me that they can enter my apartment whenever they want because I’m on section8, and I have never been on section 8 in my life. When I moved out they said I passed inspection and they never refunded my deposit back. DO NOT rent from any of their properties! You will regret it!
Now my honest opinion I rent from them and I haven’t had a problem with them not coming to fix things.My heat went out and they have fixed things very promptly.So far I think it a good company for now.
