This place is rude and disorganized. I went there today for my first first visit and was filling out the normal paperwork. I put my earbuds in because I felt like it. Normally I fill out paperwork and bring it back to the desk. Apparently they didn't understand my insurance and were trying to ask me how old I was. It's my understanding that any provider is supposed to run your insurance before you come to make sure they will be able to bill.
