Had a big crack in my boiler and a leak in the oil tank. The service was quick and efficiently. I was referred by a family member. Very grateful.
Had great experience when my ageing furnace stopped heating water, they sent service technician that day. The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, patiently answered all of my numerous questions, only regret was I didn't get his name.
“Offers 24/7 emergency service” only if you Order oil through them. What a joke.
They were pricey but i didn't mind too much. Then one day they delivered about $50 of oil that I didn't order so when I called to complain for something I didn't order they were rude and said they would come hook up to my oil lines and take oil back if i didn't pay. Fine, I paid then switched to someone else. I shouldn't have to pay for THEIR mistake, maybe double check the house number before delivering oil.
Always friendly and responsive - We've been a long time customer and are glad that we have stayed with Troiano. They are quick to take care of any heating problems we have had. Thank you!
