Amazing
Dr.Troendle is an amazing doctor. Listens to all of your concerns. He has been taking care of my daughter for a good while. Even after we moved out of Dallas he’s been able to provide care for her.
Only gave a 2 star because Dr. Troendle was a great doctor. However, dealing with billing and calling the nurse station is an absolutely nightmare. They hardly ever call back, cancel medicine prescription without any reason or calling to let you know, say they will send a message to the nurse to call back and never do so, bill insurance one payment and then somehow remove the insurance off the account and send you to collections and have no answers to why.
