This review is long overdue. I was looking to move a few months ago with a short time frame and specific floor plan needs. Of all the places I looked at, Melissa was the absolute best to work with. She was professional, kind and gave me the best touring experience I’ve ever had. I honestly wish my last apartment had someone like Melissa in their team. Thank you for being so helpful and taking the time to care.
Melissa and the staff are extremely helpful and have quick responses. The area is great, highly recommend.
Dempsey came to fix something in my apartment. He was super prompt and everything was done perfectly. Great friendly guy!
Lived here 4 mos now & I love it! 1 bdrm apt is spacious & filled with bright natural sunlight all day long. The neighborhood is so pretty, tree-lined, quiet & walkable. The neighbors are all nice & friendly, its very peaceful here. Everyone is an animal lover (lots of cute dogs everywhere :) Management is helpful & professional & Maintenance is always responsive, just great customer service all the way around at Trocadero. Top notch! I highly recommend making this place your home ;)
