Great area; big, bright apartment, helpful staff!
Upon arrival, I was met by the leasing manager that was giving the tour of the property! Upon arrival to the actual apartment, Ms Sangster was knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had. She was able to answer my questions and also provided insight to the area and what is near by! I am strongly considering this place as the location is good for me! Definitely recommend meeting with Ms Sangster if you can. She had good knowledge and helped me make my decision!
RedPeak Team, Since it seems as though you are more responsive to negative reviews than to maintenance requests, I would like to submit my maintenance request via the most effective method. Our dishwasher has been broken for over three weeks now, with multiple requests submitted and phone calls made. Throughout several conversations with staff and residents, it appears as though RedPeak management is unwilling to put adequate resources into hiring and keeping maintenance staff. This was a 5 star review but recently the new owners 'RedPeak' are absolutely ruining this complex. I would absolutely not recommend moving in. We have spent 4 lovely years here and now my partner and I cannot wait to end our lease. Please look for other housing in this area as the neighborhood is AMAZING but RedPeak is not a company you want to rent from.
I don’t even know where to begin with this property and its management. There were red flags from the very start. I booked a self guided tour online and was given a lockbox code but none of the codes worked on any lockboxes. Huge inconvenience. When I called, no one answered, so I emailed Alexandra the next day. She apologized and scheduled an in-person tour instead. When I arrived, no one was there.
