No accountability and terrible customer service. Haven't even received my tune and have no plans to recommend this company to anyone purely for how they conduct business. Company ignored emails and calls for a week+, in which time I decide to cancel my order if they simply can't respond turn around time to ship. After emailing to cancel order for refund I'm immediately responded to. Weird.
