I won’t be back Too bad I can’t give ZERO STARS since TRM gave zero concern for customer service and professionalism after failing to adequately and thoroughly deal with an avionics service bulletin covered by the manufacturer. I was informed by TRM that they had enough business that they didn’t need my business and wouldn’t be correcting the failed completion of the service bulletin.
