Did a walk in and wanted to treat my boyfriend and I for a pedicure. The polish was messy, cuticles weren’t fully cleaned or properly trimmed, and as some point hurt. The customer service was not pleasant and they were making inappropriate and rude assumptions about my race and my boyfriend’s sexuality. Which made the whole experience uncomfortable and would never recommend to go here if you want to be ridiculed. Not only for poor service but poor technique.
Best nails I’ve gotten so far in Kona and will definitely keep coming here ♀️
Bad experience! As a tourist, I just stopped at the first place I saw, as my nails needed a fresh polish. It was not a good service and I did not feel welcome! The technician started the manicure “dry”; no water bowl or cuticle lotion remover. As it was hurting when pushing back a dry cuticle, I asked to use the typical cuticle remover liquid, and he acted bothered. I had to be asking him to trim the cuticle, to cover spots with the polish, to even out the edges with polish (no success) and he did not clean up the extra poli... read more
