RecommendedEveryone is great. All of the maintenance staff (Brian, Marcus, and Dustyn) are really helpful and come out quite fast plus they are really friendly. Brenda Rick and Linux in the office are all a helpful, friendly bunch as well. Best apartment I have had.
We just moved in a little over a week ago. Rick and Brenda are the best!! When it comes to repairs or helping out with anything we need, along with the others in the office..The grounds here are well kept and beautiful. We have met so many friendly people here and my 3yr old grandson has made some good friends close to his age. (Something we were very worried about). Rick put us in the perfect apartment for my 85yr old mother that will be living with us. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that needed a home!!!
My fiancé and I are VERY pleased with this complex. We came to Rick on a Thursday asking to view the property. He was so helpful and super friendly. He showed us an apartment that was turn-key ready and absolutely beautiful. He was very well organized and gave us all the necessary documents that needed to be completed before before in. Needs New Management. When you report a serious problem they are rude. They don't document issues that are reported even when the police are called multiple times. Domestic violence occurs regularly. It is an unsafe property. Police even say management doesn't want to deal with serious issues. Corporate office is really difficult to contact. Management needs to be properly trained or replaced. Trash and rats have been all over the property for months. Health code violations possible. I would not recommend moving here.

Ok two things ... Maintaince is the best ever here fixes all problems when actually notified bout them... the management is shit!! Loses money orders do not respond to any email pertaining problems ! Refuses to take responsibility of my personal damaged belongings from contractors ! Continues to hire shit contractors bout to be on my third rip out on walls !
I've been a resident here since December 2016 and this is by far one of the best properties I've had the pleasure of renting! The office staff is very supportive and go over and beyond to make sure I'm happy living here. They even moved us into another unit a couple months ago at no cost because we were not satisfied with our unit at the time and it was a breeze!
