Please stay away from this place if you can. If you need any repairs in your apt and you put in an work order months before they come to fix it. When you call the office it like they are doing you a favor and you are not paying for the service. You pay for luxury but there is nothing luxury about this place. Months before they replace or fix anything. The trash disposal is just the beginning of the issues. HORRIBLE JUST DRIVE BY THIS WEEKEND AND LOOK WHERE EVERYONE'S GARBAGE ENDS UP BECAUSE THEY LOCK THE COMPACTOR
Proper trash receptacles, faster maintainence, better staff communication all needed
You pay $25 a month for them to throw your trash in the grass.
Love this place. Moved in a little over a week ago! Noah was so helpful showing us the properties and helping us find the perfect fit. Maintenance is SO quick as well! I am so glad we picked these apartments. I look forward to the months to come 🖤
