Ever since I have moved in the AC has NOT worked leaving my place unbearably hot. I have to go outside in the summer heat to cool down and there solution was to just open a window when back inside. During the summer! I have been asking multiple times for them to fix this and have started to research legal options about what I can do I.e withholding rent.
