It should be noted that Miramar Property Management seems to be the new name Trivest goes by. It's interesting they are not on google maps, likely because they want to fool renters into thinking they are not the same company with the same operating standards (who's kidding who, Trivest has no operating standards other than cashing rent cheques) as Trivest. I currently live at 770 Hager Ave, Burlington, ON. My wife, baby and I moved in August of 2024. Everything was great until November of 2024. When the weather changed, I noticed the windows of the apartment were very loose and wind was coming in even when we had the windows closed. I informed Pam (our superintendent) a out the issue, and alm they did was add some caulking to the frames of the windows. However, air was still coming in.
