I currently live at 770 Hager Ave, Burlington, ON. My wife, baby and I moved in August of 2024. Everything was great until November of 2024. When the weather changed, I noticed the windows of the apartment were very loose and wind was coming in even when we had the windows closed. If it were possible to rap 0 stars it would be better! If you want to get health problems and lose things and furniture for 3100 dollars per month you should rent apartments on Acacia Road. Mold ruined many of our clothes and shoes, we had to throw out the furniture from the bedroom. And the centipedes scared even my cat with their size. The management absolutely does not care about this. But they do remember to raise the rent every year. Horrible office
Better amenities for less money elsewhere. Find a property management company that will actually manage the property! Emails go unanswered, requests are ignored and tenants are treated like the fact they have a roof and four walls is a gift. Despite the fact tenants pay MORE than market rent.
They operate as Trivest / Miramar. Stay clear of any building managed by these people. They only want to fill the buildings with tenants. Once you sign your rental agreement, good luck getting in touch with the property management to get things repaired in a timely manner if at all. They will ignore you. I was a new tenant at one of their buildings on Wingreen Court. They didn't tell me there would be constant construction around my unit.
