About this business
July 16th, 1976 was opening day. Together, with the help of their three sons, John, Steve and Tony, the first Trivelli's Hoagies was established. Many years past before they saw a profit, and many of their meals consisted of whatever was on our menu. Without a large customer base, somebody had to eat the food before it went bad. Cheesy goodness Best cheese steak in Colorado Springs! I've been eating here for years. It's definitely a little whole in the wall, don't expect seating and if you go at lunchtime there will be a wait, but you are guaranteed one good cheese steak.

Trivelli's Hoagies is authentic A hole in the wall sort of place. Authentic deli feel and the hoagies taste like they are made east of the mississippi. The staff is courteous and the prices reasonable. Get takeout if you have a large party as seating is very limited.
