July 16th, 1976 was opening day. Together, with the help of their three sons, John, Steve and Tony, the first Trivelli's Hoagies was established. Many years past before they saw a profit, and many of their meals consisted of whatever was on our menu. Without a large customer base, somebody had to eat the food before it went bad.
