Food is great! Strongly recommend their premium spring roll. Purple Yam Mochi with Salted Egg Yolk is a must for me. Beef chow fun was great as well, one of the I have had in Seattle area. The singaporean noodle was also good. The garlic oil chicken was great as well. Everything we order was pretty good. The best dim sum in North Seattle
It’s been a long time since I last visited Kaixuan Valley for dim sum, and the quality remains consistently high. Four of us dined there this time, and the purple sweet potato lava buns were truly delicious; I should also mention that their *youtiao* (fried dough stick) rice noodle rolls are excellent. I will definitely be coming back
