Clean and professional. Jim and the gal at the front desk (how could I forget her name? 🤦🏻♀️) were both very nice and helpful! I love the work Jim did, they both took the time to answer any questions I had, rework my design and made me feel comfortable. Thank you both!
I brought my daughter for her 18th birthday for her first tattoo and Jacob was amazing! Also the front desk went far and beyond to help us for a great experience! I have many tattoos and I would definitely and will be going back!

Great service but need to listen more. So I would say 3.5 stars. I'm not disappointed by the work it was and I have to live with it anyways. I brought my own design in and asked if they could make it smaller otherwise leave it the same size and left them a copy of it. Yes I understand I aproved it with the position and all but I also do recall being thrown off by the stencil size when I made it to my appointmet and it was just felt a bit rushed because I don't know how long it would take to make a new stencil and yes I appro... read more

Jim Herman is the man. Came to him with an idea and he created a beautiful piece. Had a great experience with Triumph, overall. Professional staff, clean place of business, and very fair pricing. Highly recommend
