Great service by the team. Worked with Jeff and he was great. He answered all my questions with patience. Test ride was great and I bought the speed twin. The team in general are very welcoming. I definitely recommend Jeff and Spirit motorcycles to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle.
The purchasing experience was pretty painless. There was a small defect on the bike which needed repaired before finalizing the deal. It took a few days to get it addressed but it was done quickly once they started. Overall positive experience with a few minor issues. Definitely take advantage of the test rides.
In my opinion there are better bike dealerships in northern California.
I’ve been going to Spirit Motorcycle for a few years now for service and have always had a good experience with the helpful staff. This week Jeff in sales helped me get a good value on my old bike for trade-in and find the right new bike for me! Michael in finance was helpful getting me out the door on my new bike and explained my many options to make sure the numbers all worked for me. I definitely recommend Spirit Motorcycles!
Sales person was very nice over the phone and text. Reason for three stars is: i live about 4 hours away from this dealership, they would not give me a OTD price over the phone. Sales person reached out to me stating “the manager wanted to know where i lived/how far away i was to determine if i could just come in and not give me a quote over the phone” in my experience its very odd that a dealership will do this if they arent adding on extras.
