It's clean and sales peeps are friendly and motivated. I went to buy, but left with my old ride. Hidden fees and super low trade offer had me call it quits. Local BMW dealer offered $4k more on trade. Honestly, things were pretty good until they showed me how much $$ they wanted. I was actually sorry to go. I liked their bike a lot. Recommended? Sure...
Staff was welcoming and helpful
Never been gaslit by a motorcycle dealership before, that was a wild ride. They have a lot to learn about operations, customer service, and sales. Wont get into the details - I personally wouldn't trust them with a skateboard- buying, selling, or servicing, from my experience. Do with that what you want.
