Bought my second bike here and have now gotten the break in service. Both the buying experience and the service were excellent. I was deciding between two bikes, and this dealership made the choice easy. Highly recommend!
Easiest, friendliest and smoothest experience I've had in a dealership, really happy I got my first bike here! Couldn't be happier and more excited! Aaron was amazing, he helped me through the process and gave me pointers on what to do, whole thing was really quick and easy, incredible deal and amazing experience! Can't recommend them enough, everyone was friendly and really happy to help, if you are planning on upgrading or getting a new bike, give Triumph Roswell a go!

Dealt with the parts department on the phone The kid who answered seemed to be bothered to be asked about a replacement key. He told me it would take 3-4 months to have it in stock because it would have to come from England. Further he couldn't give an estimate on cost of the key or cost to have it programmed. Amazingly I was able to order this key from another Triumph dealer and it shipped same day, it will have to be programed but I'll travel to have it done as I would rather give another dealership money than one with thi... read more
I had my Moto2’s quick shifter replaced under warranty at Triumph Roswell, and the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and completely honest—making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The dealership has a great atmosphere, and I loved that there’s a coffee shop right next door, which is actually connected to the dealership. Definitely a top-notch place to service or buy your Triumph!
