Triumph was stellar! My roof had some missing shingles and upon further review, the previous homeowner used a not so good contractor to replace the roof when I bought my home. We noticed subpar workmanship, exposed nails, etc. While other companies wanted to replace my roof entirely, Brad/Triumph were the only company that was honest with me, and let me know that it wasn't necessary, and gave me other options for repair. Great experience! Everything from preplanning to the day of the project was flawless. I worked with Ryan and Jared. & they made the process easy & seamless. They worked directly with the insurance company & even offered suggestions that I eventually went with (onyx roof color). I also appreciate their cleanup process. I couldn't tell they were ever here.
