From the beginning, my experience has been AWFUL with this company. First, after being promised per contract that a fridge is included, I did not have a fridge for over a week after moving in. Then we did not receive our pool key and garage opener for over a month after moving in. On top of all that, per lease agreement, we were told we would be responsible for utilities with NVEnergy, LVVWD, and SWgas. I am a home owner and I have used TPM to rent a previous property. I would not recommend them. I can barely get someone to answer the phone or call me back when I had questions. When I instructed them to correct something with the current tenant, they were terrible at executing. How many times do I have to state to resolve the issue? I thought I was paying for YOUR service?
TERRIBLE. NO STARS DESERVED! Dishonest. The only ones that made money was Triumph not us as investors. A never ending nightmare!!!

They have taken care of everything very efficiently. Triumph Property Management has helped me enormously to deal with my property and investment problems. I do not have much time to look after all these issues. They have taken care of everything very efficiently.
