Just an FYI- -the reason why they have high reviews is because they promised free internet for reviews from tenants. These folks were fairly responsive to concerns: they upgraded our buzzer system and laundry system. However, they did jack up our rent 25% way beyond market rate.
I lived in one of the properties managed by Triumph Properties. Very run down and poor management.
Great well kept apt building. Communication is easy and quick with landlord.
