I did a lot of research on Triumphs. This dealer is all about squeezing the last penny out of the customer. They will tell you not to worry abt the sticker price and will “get you in the family”, when you have to say that constantly, it’s not a family. They’ll tell you “we’ll give you a full tank unlike other dealers”….oh wow 3 gal of gas thanks. When you don’t like the price they will bull dog you and ask “ what don’t you understand?”. Outstanding experience here - the team is laid back, very knowledgeable about the bikes, and are Triumph riders themselves. I'm pretty impressed with the selection of models (even non-Triumph). I went to one of their Demo Day events - had a lot of fun and learned a lot about several models I'm interested in. The rides are long enough to really feel out the bikes.
Called in after trying to give my service work to local triumph dealer “ triumph of Roswell” in Georgia, talking to them was more than horrible…. So I called this place , and after talking with beau in sales by mistake, he told me a bit of history of himself, and the tech of the shop he really made me feel comfortable with taking my bike there , after speaking with mike in service… he sealed the deal for me. When I went on the search for my second motorcycle, I quickly made my mind up on a Street Triple R 765 (mainly because I’ve wanted one since I first saw the Striple in 2009).
