The staff was friendly. They sold me a 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 with a couple minor problems but didn't mention the big problem of a leak in the gas tank. This could get expensive.

All staff I encountered were fast to help and friendly to deal with. They made for a great experience. I would return and I would recommend them to others. They went out of their way to be of the most help possible. They even lent me a hand getting my motorcycle into a moving truck and securing it down. I cannot say enough great things about the people working at Ridenow.
No appointment but got me in to get a new tire on , adjustment wasn't quite right took it right back in and took care of the problem
Horrible service. if you need you're bike worked on or even the oil changed, good luck! my bike was there for 6 weeks with them shrugging their shoulders.
Hubs bought a bike there this morning. Great service and great employees. Blake was amazing! Answered all our questions and treated us like long lost friends! They got us an incredible rate and a great deal on the bike. No pushy salesmen and fair prices for the bikes. Will definitely buy another bike from Ridenow! Thanks!!
