The guys at this shop are amazing! I went shopping for a bike for myself with my husband (as a woman which is important!). The salesmen gave me my own shopping experience. They were attuned to what I was looking for in a bike. They understood I wasn’t buying that day but looking for the right bike for me (even if it wasn’t a Triumph) and still provided a lot of advice and feedback on what bikes looked like a good fit and also NOT a good fit. The place is clean and nice. I gave the salesman a list of 7 bikes and probably looked at 10. It was laid back and they even had a list of the 7 bikes I wanted to look at. The purchasing was an easy process, the delivery was ahead of schedule and well planned. It's good to know the delivery person also knew about bikes. The salesman kirk was great to work with, and went beyond what some salesman would do. From a customer standpoint the place is great.
Great buying experience! Loving my KTM 890 Adventure R. JB even sent me a spare key for the bike they found months after I purchased the bike. Quality dealership with great customer service.
