Exceptional service here today, I showed up early this morning, sales invited me in allowed me to wait in showroom prior to service dept opening, they quickly addressed my issues, got me on the road and riding again, I’m no mechanic so I rely on places like this to make appropriate assessments and take care of me. Sad to see the many negative comments. One can only hope the owners make the necessary adjustments. Just because you're the only game in town doesn't mean you won't lose the sale to a different brand. Customer satisfaction is key
Stopped in while on a motorcycle trip from Calgary Alberta. Grabbed a hat for the wife. Cool location, lots of bikes to view and a lot of triumph accessories. Friendly staff. Definitely worth the stop!
Great motorcycles and I love my 2022 Speedmaster! My only complaint is that is that it’s very difficult to get parts for your bike. Parts take 2-4 weeks to come in really putting a damper on riding season. Also from what it sounded like, after you pay for a part, there is separate department that actually places the order. Example - Purchased a part, and the order didn’t even get placed until a week later. Now that part is taking at least 3 weeks.. Didn’t follow instructions for lowering kit and always forgets the complimentary bike wash. I also never receive a call when the bike is ready for pickup. I’ve had service here multiple times. Will find some place else going forward.
