I ordered a printer from them through Amazon. The printer was damaged in transit. It took forever to get the claim settled with UPS. After the claim got settled they sent me another printer. The printer they sent me was different than the one I originally ordered. The one they sent would not perform the tasks I needed it for. I asked them to switch it out with a printer that was a third the price that would do what I needed it to do. A guy named Mark told me he would take care of it.
