At the end of May, we put in a request with our home warranty for a clogged pipe in the laundry room. I never got a call from the plumber they originally assigned, even after leaving messages. Our home warranty finally changed plumbers yesterday and within 30 minutes of that someone called me (after hours) to schedule an appointment. It was Tritz Plumbing. We had Tritz assigned to 1 out of 2 plumbing repairs through our home warranty and when they called to make the appt the lady on the phone said they'd be more than happy to look at both issues. Today was the appt and the plumber that came to our house was prompt(10 min early actually!) and was able to get both issues fixed within about an hour. Highly recommend Tritz Plumbing!
Horrible ! Never diagnosed the problem stood around wasting my money and never fixed the problem! If you want to throw your money away then call them !
Prompt, efficient, and very straight forward on what the problem was. Showed us methods to resolve our other problems without their involvement, so saved us a bunch of money. Jeff was a pleasure to work with.
The first time I had Tritz clear a pipe, I was very satisfied. The next time when they came out to fix a running toilet and it ran 2 hours after they left, I was disappointed. They came the next day and fixed it. When the bill came I was charged for a service call with a half an hour credit? Wasn't it supposed to be fixed on the first call? 221.00 to fix a running toilet? I will now tell my family and friends not to use them. Office manager was rude and I feel scammed... It's to bad that my bill didn't reflect their mistake.... read more
IF YOU NEED WORK DONE IN YOUR HOUSE GO SEE KEITH CARLSON WITH MASTER BATH SPECIALIST! AND TRITZ PLUMBING, HERE IS OUR EXPERIENCE Every time I sat on our toilet in our bathroom it would sink in to the floor a bit, this obviously had me concerned and I thought there might be water damage from the tub and toilet.
