Worst experience in 37 years with a contractor. Left an awful, nasty mess in my bathroom. Broke a fixture. Left old parts in my shower. HORRIBLE. Nearly puked while cleaning up the detritus left behind. In my opinion, Beware.
Really great work! Added a bathroom to our basement for reasonable cost. Professional and efficient. Have since referred to multiple people who have had good experiences as well.
Terrible customer service!!!!! Invoice laid on their desk for over 7 months and they sent a letter stating oops I ******up and forgot about this but still need you to pay your bill. Kate, the accounting specialist is a sad joke for a family-owned employee. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I would choose a 0/5 rating if I could.
Absolutely APPALLING business! I called Tritz at the recommendation of a friend because I had some water backing up my main plumbing stack and leaking out of a connecting elbow. First, when I indicated what the problem was to the individual on the phone, they sent out a plumber who had been told a very different problem. I'd explained that the problem was a backup in our main sewer line, but they sent out someone to look at a leaking bathtub. Company offers family values as the go-to source for quality plumbing work. We strive for high-quality work and fair, trustworthy services. None of which they provide. They sub out the work, sub's that show up guarantee a specific price then when you get the bill 8 weeks later, it has doubled. Talking with the company proved to be fruitless and they simply don't care. Sub that showed up left a mess to clean up and charged for work they did not do and hours they were not here.
RecommendedMike gave me a very reasonable set of quotes for doing some repairs & upgrades in my old Benson house. I'm one job into the group & Zach did an excellent job installing a new water heater & replacing a bunch of old galvanized pipe with copper. What a huge relief! 👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We only have amazing things to say about Tritz Plumbing. Mike and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. He answered all our questions and helped us get all our piping up to code after our house fire. Mike was efficient and worked great with all of the other subs on the job. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tritz for all your plumbing needs!
We started having problems with our toilet in the last week or so, and I called Tritz Plumbing based off several Nextdoor recommendations. I called them yesterday and they sent someone over to check things out, and when we decided to go ahead and replace the toilet, they sent someone over today and we just had it replaced. Fast (and great) service, and very friendly. We will definitely continue to use Tritz for all of our plumbing needs!
