I rented from Lee Tritt back in 2001-2002. This was the first place that I rented on my own, so I didnt know what to expect. I found my location affordable, and once I got after him, he was responsive to my needs. He does capital improvement on his rentals (the one on Scott Street next to the UWO parking lot) especially comes to mind. Lee Tritt is very unprofessional, his whole lifestyle oozees slumlord from the clothes he wears, the house he lives in, to the vehicle he drives, and of course his rental properties. If you are in desperate need of a place to live he is your man, my advice to people is look elsewhere unless you want to be screwed over by him when you decide to move into a better place after learning your lesson renting a property from him.
