I've been lucky enough to have deep tissue / bodywork done on me over the past 15 years on average of twice a month, and often more frequently. Jay's a magician. His ability to listen and work on one's body is an art. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

I can't say enough good things about Jay Arovas and his TriTouch Therapies. I have a complicated medical history that weakened my core muscles and right side. I had just about given up finding someone in San Diego that could at least help me maintain my remaining muscle strength, let alone advise me about building it.
