Had transmission replaced in June 2021. Immediately noticed shifting cable wouldn’t work correctly. Triton said that was a separate job, and the transmission would have to be pulled; and, this would be an extra charge. They also gave us only a 90-day warranty on the transmission. Now one year later we have to put in another transmission. Just want to warn people to ask lots of questions before they hand over their vehicle. That shifting cable should have been taken care of when they replaced transmission.

Honest and excellent customer service – Excellent Service and just nice people! Clean shop and friendly staff. It is hard to find a honest mechanic but I finally have. I have 17 trucks and take they all to Triton. Thank you Rich for the great service and attention to detail.
