I purchased a gorilla and was told this product had 30 day warranty. Within 4 days of purchasing this product I tried to return it because it wouldn’t work properly. The gentleman assisting said he could swap the product out for a new one. Then he “made it work” by using it on a surface that was already leveled. When it’s meant to be used on an un level surface to level it. So, he then decided to not swap out the product. I then continued to try and use the gorillas with no luck. Triton Stone has a fantastic selection of slabs, and the staff is so knowledgeable! They were so helpful in helping us learn things about countertops as we navigated the process, and patient as we made our decision. Highly recommend visiting!!
