Chip and Trish from Triton came out in 2023 to my home to fix major leaks in my roof and damage inside my home from it. They made me feel like family. They took so many pictures of my roof from start to finish it actually drove me crazy. However, those pictures saved us in the long run with the fight that came with our solar company. That fight just ended because of the awesome job provided by Triton and Chip and Trish. If I ever need anything with my roof and restoration, I'll be calling them again.
Zero Stars. Never use this company. They are crooks. They have left our house in such a mess and still have our initial $9,500 deposit. They tried to charge us for work not done, they DID NOT pull permits with the city, they DID NOT use a licensed plumber ( even after being questioned by us on where and who the plumber was), they were supposed to redo our bathroom and garage ceiling after a leak happened. I had a warranty/manufacture issue with my 2014 roof installed by a roofer no longer in business. Triton Roofing worked with the manufacturer and made everything seamless. The permit process was quick and easy. Communication was on point. Lyle was the project manager and answered all of my questions. The crew was there early and had the inspections by the city lined up and my roof was done before the sun set. It has been on a few months and we have had Seattle like rain every day for about 2 months. Not a single issue.
Hiring Triton Restoration was the best decision I made for my hurricane flood restoration. The entire house was gutted and flood cut and needed a full restoration. I can’t say enough good things about Greg and his team. Greg’s communication and attention to detail were superior. Ann Thompson and her team were great. Very timely and informative. Made every effort to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done, which I was. Ann was in touch and followed up on everything so nothing fell through the cracks. Will def refer them to others!
