I’m going to start out by saying this company is Top notch and the best in the area. ALL of the employees are amazing!! We have a 50 year old 20 x 40 12 foot deep concrete Pool that most companies but not even touch because of a size and depth. We needed a full interior rehab and re-epoxy and new stairs put in. These guys exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job, stripping it all the way down to bear concrete and then putting on a new epoxy coat and completely reforming the stairs!! Does not follow up
I cannot express how grateful I am to Triton pools!!! We were left hanging by another company who had promised to have the liner in by 7/2/23 for my daughters graduation party. I spoke with Sarita on 6/26/23 when I became aware my installers were on vacation and would not be able to make good on thier deadline. After explaining the situation and deadline she expressed how hard they would work to make it happen.
