Avoid at all costs. Total scam!!! My electric pool cover got trapped and I called this company because they could come out sooner than Caribbean Pools, big mistake! I wasted $155 for service call just for this guy to tell me that I have to spend another $1475 to replace one rope and two gliders. I initially was happy that this guy could come out right away and take a look at the problem, but the got concerned when he kept adding to the price of the repair. My wife and I asked a few questions and the guy who came out immediately got defensive and said he wouldn't do it. Neither my wife or I are not pool cover repair experts so we were at the mercy of the business we called to give us fair and honest pricing.
