So many problems with Triton Pools, Craig Herring and his landscape company, Cypress Lawn and Landscape. We were told our therapy pool, landscaping and sprinkler system would be complete within 3-6 weeks from it's start date of June 16, 2017. Craig Herring will promise you the world, and deliver nothing. Our scheduled completion date was 7/25/17 and we are still waiting for completion and for all items to function properly. Craig just completed our beautiful new pool in Katy and we LOVE it. We've owned 5 pools in the past. This is #6 and is by far the most beautiful. We did our homework before choosing Triton. Interviewed many others. Craig and Toni designed and built exactly what we envisioned for our backyard. They were great to work with. On time. Returned our calls. Horrible customer service. Never return calls after damage they have done. Have been trying for 2 months to have someone come out and have left messages. Stay away!!! Far away!!!
