We recently moved into a new home and the Havc was installed by Triton. We are having issues with the upstairs air conditioning unit already. Triton sent their service person to inform us that the brand new unit they installed had a leak and was freezing up a coil which needed replacement. It’s been 3 weeks in this heat and we are still waiting to hear from them. Every time I call they blame it on the manufacturer and say they haven’t sent the parts. I could not live without Triton Plumbing! I have used them for at least the past 8 years. Whatever issue I have, whether plumbing or HVAC, they respond promptly and handle expertly. I have never had to call them back with a redo. It is comforting to know Triton is a company you can depend on when you need them.
I ❤️ Triton! My contractor first introduced them to me in 2014 when we were finishing our basement. I've interacted with about 8-10 members of their staff including the office team and I have nothing but good things to say. Gil and his team have been nothing but professional, courteous and timely. They may cost a little more, but in my opinion it's worth the extra $ to have one company handle multiple homeowner needs and know they are reliable.
