Do not use Triton Mechanical! I asked them if they do repairs on our dehumidifier which I gave the receptionist the make and model. She said she would reach out to the tech to make sure. I got a call back and I was told he had worked on them before. I also had to ask if there was a trip charge and all I was told was Yes. The tech ended up coming out and the first thing he said was "I have never seen one of these before." So he is here 1 hour and 15 minutes troubleshooting something he has never worked on before.
