The property has not responded to my emails regarding cigarette and indoor marijuana smoking, despite the No smoking policy. *** sent them various emails over the course of several months, telling them that the issues are still persisting. I agree with the previous review this is a horrible company. They were spot on when they said the only person to speak to is the manager at the property or the regional manager who doesn't want to listen and just backs up the office manager. I have issues with the property management at Wind Mill Cove. I have had a few complaints that they never looked into. When they made a mistake on my monthly bill it was their fault but I had to prove it was not my fault. When I got up set at them they ban me from coming into the office ... read more

parking rules aren’t consistent they allow some to park wherever they want up to 3 days in 10 minute mail spot. They will put a sticker on your car for parking in a unmarked(no sign) spot in front near office. They start mowing and running bush trimmers at 7am even though curfew is 10pm to 8am and make up excuses that they can’t control sub contractors. People have abused curfew playing basketball and swimming past curfew hours. There is no security presence after one cars drives through very fast about 9:30. And of course m... read more

This is a horrible company. Tritón investment doesn’t care about loyalty. And they don’t ever look into complaints. I have many issue with the property management at Boulder Hollow. I have wrote emails. I have called multiple time to speak to someone higher up. I always get told the only person to speak to is the manager at the property or the regional manager who doesn’t ever want to listen to complains and backs anything the manger says/does. I feel like there is injustice and discrimination going on.

I've had a great experience with the management in Logan. in the bast two years they have answered all my maintenance request and emails in a timely and orderly fashion. They have been welcoming and always willing to help.

Management at Thornberry is ridiculous! For about two years the office had a higher turnover rate than the call center I was working at at the time! The office personnel has finally been fairly consistent for the first time in three or four years (I've been here six years in September), but they never seem to know what's going on. One example (there's a few), I canceled the insurance through the property because I got it through another company.
