I agree with the previous review this is a horrible company. They were spot on when they said the only person to speak to is the manager at the property or the regional manager who doesn't want to listen and just backs up the office manager. I have issues with the property management at Wind Mill Cove. I have had a few complaints that they never looked into. When they made a mistake on my monthly bill it was their fault but I had to prove it was not my fault. When I got up set at them they ban me from coming into the office ... read more
This is a horrible company. Tritón investment doesn’t care about loyalty. And they don’t ever look into complaints. I have many issue with the property management at Boulder Hollow. I have wrote emails. I have called multiple time to speak to someone higher up. I always get told the only person to speak to is the manager at the property or the regional manager who doesn’t ever want to listen to complains and backs anything the manger says/does. I feel like there is injustice and discrimination going on.
