We had a furnace replaced, air ducts cleaned and installation of an AC system back in 2021 with triton and Tyler. (Who is unfortunately no longer with the company). We were satisfied with the level of professionalism and work they did. Fast forward to late 2024, we met with a realtor to begin the process of listing our house on the market. Finding honesty and professionalism in the service industry can be tough, but Wayne from Triton Heating and Air Conditioning was a refreshing exception. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong. In no time, he had everything up and running again! I’ll definitely be keeping their contact info handy on my refrigerator for any future needs. Thank you, Wayne, and happy holidays!
We got several estimates to get our 23 yr old furnace replaced. Triton (Wayne) was on time very personal and also offered 2 years of yearly service(tune up) on the new unit included in the price! We will use him in the coming years on all of our HVAC needs!!
This company is not even worth a star. They only fix our heater partially and did not come back to finish it. They told us they’re going to install the thermostat next time they come back but they never did. Btw, they took our money. My husband had been calling and texting them but they been ignoring him. Never again. !!
Amazing service. Went above and beyond to repair my air conditioner. Exceptional value for your dollar as he doesn’t over charge. Answers the phone and keeps appointments. Excellent service. Can’t say enough good things about Triton
