Update 11/2025 Our mold remediation was finished in Aug 2024. Over a year later and many requests, Triton has not sent us the full report with pictures that we were told that we would receive. Therefore, we were not able to present a report to our insurance company. We paid Triton $50,000 and the work was good. But beware the promises they make. The workers were very professional and understood the scope of the work necessary to bring our home into compliance as well as a healthy environment. They were very conscious of maintaining a clean environment outside and inside our home. We are very pleased with the work.

Our experience with this wonderful family owned business was outstanding; thing is, that is an understatement! It was "nightmare" for all concerned. On July 3rd, 2023, new tenants were supposed to move in our condo located in Oxnard, CA. Luckily, that day, the tenant opened the closet where the stacked washer and dryer are located, and spied water coming down from the ceiling above-the condo directly above-and flooding the living room.
