I own a machine shop that handles $3000+ of work a day. When my main computer went out, the IT firm in Greensboro that I had been using couldn't make it to me until the next day. I can't afford to be down so I gave these guys a call. my childs put on the computer a screen that said FBI may to put me in jail if i did not pay money; i was freaked out and used my tablet to find someone to tell me what was wrong; the person at tritech told me it was scam; they help me fast and fix the bug; i am English language learner and do not speak it well; tritech man had patience for me and i am joyful to have the screen go away.....recommand to all people!!!
