While this monstrosity looks nice, it's taking over the area with no regard for local residents! The latest slap in the face, forcing Tutor Time to vacate in 30 days!! Why not offer them space in the new and existing buildings? Child daycare is extremely important to local residents and commuters! Tritec is all about the money!!!

Tritec is the developer for the community in which I live. Tritec staff are also on the Master Land Owners Association. They recently implemented a parking plan that ignored all resident and sub association feedback. While further limiting permanent resident parking, they graciously provided themselves dedicated permit only spaces that sit unused the majority of the time.
