This is the worst insurance company I have dealt with. I have been trying for 10 months to get my fixed from an accident that their client caused. It took them 5 months to prove that their own client was insured then another 5 months disputing the estimate I had given them in 20 months before. Keep in mind, they never came out and looked at my car and they lied about reaching out to the collision repair company. They refused to pay for the entire repair cost of my car. Trisura is one of the most professional insurance companies I’ve dealt with. Their team is knowledgeable, helpful, and always quick to respond. IMO…. Everything from communication to service has been GREAT!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a company you can trust.
